This privacy policy (“Policy”) describes how Sprout Technologies Inc., doing business as Tonic, and its related companies (“Company”) collect, use and share personal information of consumer users of this website (our “Site”), Tonic and our Tonic app (our “App”). This Policy also applies to any of our other websites or apps that post this Policy. This Policy does not apply to websites that post different statements.
What we collect
We get information about you in the following ways:
- Information You Give Us. We collect your name, phone number, username, demographic information (location, region, etc.) as well as other information you directly give us on our App.
- Information We Get From Others. We may get information about you from other sources. We may add this to information we get from this App.
- Information Automatically Collected. We automatically log information about you and your mobile. For example, when visiting our website, we log your operating system type, browser type, browser language, the website you visited before browsing to our Site, pages you viewed, how long you spent on a page, access times and information about your use of and actions on our Site.

We may use both session Cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and persistent Cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide you with a more personal and interactive experience on our Site. Sprout Technologies Inc. is a U.S.-based company. If you are a non-U.S. resident and provide us with your personal information, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where the laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country. By providing your information, you consent to such transfer and processing.
Children
Our Site and our App are intended for a general audience and are not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information as defined by the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) in a manner that is not permitted by COPPA. We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure.
Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure.
